For outcalls, I am available to meet you at your upscale hotel. Visits to private residences will only be considered once we get to know each other.

Screened guests are invited to my lovely welcoming incall in Oakland.

If you prefer to meet elsewhere, like San Francisco or the South Bay, but don’t have your own space, I can find us a classy, comfortable, convenient place to meet for simply an additional fee of $200.

All dates three hours or longer are expected to include some time out and about together.

Greater Bay Area/NorCal bring me to you¹ = +$50/hr of roundtrip travel time + travel expenses

Meet time before 11:00 am or after 10:00 pm = +$100

In-date extension (pending availability) = +$500/hr

Couple = +$200/hr

Concierge fee² = +10% of rate of time booked

1 = Included in my regular rates is travel to anywhere in the East Bay or within the city of San Francisco. If you are a little further afield (e.g., South Bay, Sacramento, Napa Valley, etc.), but can’t wait to see me, I can come to you! I’ll just expect a bit of help with the travel costs and some reimbursement for the time it takes me to reach you.

2 = Excited to get together, but don’t have the time or inclination to plan our date? I love organizing events and outings, and with just a few pieces of information from you, I would be happy to arrange all the details of our time together, fitting into your desired budget and time. I can find us the perfect restaurant, arrange transportation to and from our destinations, buy tickets to shows, etc. As the amount of pre-planning required usually corresponds to the amount of time we will spend together, my concierge service fee is 10% of the cost of our time together. E.g., for a 3-hour date, the concierge fee would be $160 (not including the amount for any activities we do together, which would simply be charged at cost).
